The goal of this site is to overcome some of the obstacles of local purchasing, by offering a convenient way to source local products.

Why buy local products?

A number of perceived benefits exist for those who are interested in local purchasing including: Strengthening of the local economy, supporting endangered family farms, high quality products (fresh, flavorful, unique, diverse), protecting the environment, food safety, food security, good public relations, and personalized service. Additionally, consumers have become more interested in knowing where their food comes from as well as demanding fresh, high quality food.
